This is a high quality gold flashed, through plated board. compatible with UNO rev 1.

This is an Arduino Uno board with nothing soldered on. In order to fully populate the board, you’d need to solder on tiny surface mount parts, just like the Uno uses. If you’re looking for a do-it-yourself “project” board, you may also want to consider the DC Boarduino boards sold on here — designed for through-hole parts, and about the same price as this board.
